Job Description  
Our organization is seeking a talented individual to fill a critical position as a Mitigation Foreman. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful execution of restoration projects. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the Project Manager, leading project teams, and overseeing the restoration production process. Your strong communication skills and hands-on expertise will ensure that projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Duties and Responsibilities:  
 
• Support the Project manager on all job site activities  
• Execute job action plan for restoration production • Able to communicate workflow and scope of work with team members assigned to a project  
• Work directly and lead team members to Remove/ demolish materials that cannot be restored or repaired at job sites  
• Supervise the crew and along with any additional subcontractors or vendors on site  
• Respond promptly to emergencies, including water damage, and fire damage. 
• Evaluate and perform restoration activities including but not limited to, water extraction, fire damage,  
• Set up of specialty equipment, and demolition. 
• Extract standing water if needed  
• Set up equipment, move tools, and restock vans  
• Maintain job site safety  
• Working in confined spaces including heights  
• Utilization of power tools  
• Able to correctly identify and place drying equipment 
• Utilize Company software to document loss sites alongside side of project manager  
• Take photos at different stages of a project 
• Properly use power tools  
 
Required Qualifications: 
• Full-time position   
• Must have Valid Drivers' License  
• Must pass a background check  
• Must have reliable transportation to the office  
• Able to lift a minimum of 80 lbs  
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and twisting  
• Use Email and other software  
• Clean shave face for use of respirator per OSHA regulations  
• Working in a team environment  
• Working in tight or confined spaces  
• On-call per rotation schedule  
• Paid OT, 2x pay for on-call/ after-hours work 
 
Compensation: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
