DRYmedic® Restoration Services is a team of experienced disaster restoration professionals. With over 20 years in reconstruction, we know how devastating being displaced from your home can be. We work as efficiently as possible to get our client's property back to its pre-loss condition, without the red tape. Our team will work with the insurance adjuster to ensure the claim is filed properly and accurately. We will ensure the project stays on time and on budget by communicating with the client every step of the way.

Job Summary:

DRYmedic® Restoration Services is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Reconstruction Production Manager to join their team. As a leading provider of disaster restoration services with over 20 years of expertise, DRYmedic is dedicated to efficiently restoring properties to their pre-loss condition.

Role responsibilities:

  • Including but not limited to:
  • Work with Production Team to assist with job production execution and planning.
  • Reviews and approves Project Managers prepared budgets and margin goals.
  • Works daily with the Production team, mainly Project managers, to understand job status. Suggests alternative solutions to Project Managers approach to execution of a project.
  • Review and understand vendor quotes to acquire quality yet affordable materials and labor to complete the project.
  • Works with Project Manager to amicably resolve customer complaints and disputes. Involves Director of Reconstruction, as necessary.
  • Assists Project Managers with trade selections as necessary, including, but not limited to arranging preferred trade contractor to meet Project Manager at job sites for initial inspections.
  • Reviews shop supply material request from Warehouse Manager for purchase.
  • Holds Warehouse Manager responsible for his roles and responsibilities.
  • Manages Warehouse Manager’s schedule as requests are made by the Production Team for deliveries and trash pickups. Communicates and confirms schedule with Production Team.
  • Works with Production Team (Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Superintendent) to evaluate and adjust in-house Technicians schedules.
  • Evaluates and updates Daily Activity Sheet (DAS) to understand lead flow, Production Team job load, and job statuses.
  • Review of originally prepared estimate for feedback to Estimator/PM before submittal. Assists with scope.
  • Assist the estimator/PM with approvals with adjusters by following up, revising estimates, negotiating scope.
  • Assist with client collections by working with Estimator, Production Management Team, and Accounts Receivable Department.
  • Reviews and submits hourly employees’ timesheets for bi-weekly payroll to the Director of Reconstruction for review.
  • Read and understand profit and loss statements and budget management to accurately gauge the department's state.
  • Willingness to travel as required for the growth and management of the company and/or department.

Role qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Minimum 10 years of General Contracting experience
  • Insurance restoration background within Mitigation and Reconstruction Management preferred.
  • Proficient in industry specific software including Dash and Xactimate
  • Strong computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Calendar, composing emails, QuickBooks etc.
  • Industry specific certifications preferred: IICRC (Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification), WTR, ASD, ARMT, FSRT, OCT, HST, CCT, UFT, CRT, RRT

What to expect during training:

During your first month with us at DRYmedic you can expect to learn all about our systems and how we utilize them across the company. You will learn the difference DRYmedic provides to our clients and the top-notch work we deliver that separates us from our competition. You will work directly with our Director of Reconstruction who will guide you through your training experience.

By your second month, we will dive deeper into the roles and responsibilities of team members in the Reconstruction department. This includes the Project Managers, Estimator, Materials Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Warehouse Manager and Carpenters. Compensation: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
