Job summary
DRYmedic® Restoration Services is seeking a dedicated Contents Project Manager to oversee field team operations and manage projects efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Report to the Production Manager or Director for job updates.
- Coordinate with the Production Manager & Coordinator on scheduling and production flow.
- Manage projects and oversee field teams (Pack Out, Cleaning, Deliveries).
- Ensure timely file updates, maintain communication with insureds, referral sources, and adjusters.
- Handle vendor coordination, estimates, and invoices.
- Oversee compliance and job tasks in DASH, XA, and Contents Track.
- Manage customer communication, subcontractors, and schedule vendors.
- Write contents estimates for the Estimator/Auditor.
- Conduct training and manage field team discipline if needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in emergency restoration and sales.
- Strong communication, management, and multitasking skills.
- IICRC certifications (e.g., WTR, ASD, AMRT).
- Valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and pass a background check.
- Proficiency in Xactimate and compliance with OSHA respirator regulations.
Pay range: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour with bonus based on performance
Compensation: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
