Job Summary
DRYmedic® Restoration Services currently seeking a Mitigation Estimator. We are looking to hire a positive candidate who is detail oriented and reliable. MUST HAVE PROVEN SALES EXPERIENCE and able to close at or above average

*****Compensation:
Pay will be base pay plus commission depending on experience ex: $1000 to $1400 weekly plus 2% commission on sales

Responsibilities

Creating estimates in Xactimate.
Performing and revising audits per insurance guidelines.
Write your own scopes and manage within schedule/budget in Xactimate.
Managing and organizing documentation.
Build and comply with Dash software to create Xactimate estimates.
Communication with adjusters to finalize agreements on estimates.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/partners for the execution of projects.

Qualifications

2+ years’ experience in recon construction and/or mitigation such as water and fire; Mold is a plus.
2+ years' experience in Xactimate
IICRC certified.
Valid driver’s license.
Full-time, Monday through Friday.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
