Job Summary
DRYmedic® Restoration Services is currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Reconstruction Project Manager to join our team! As our Reconstruction Project Manager, you'll work closely with our Reconstruction Project Coordinator and Reconstruction Director to schedule projects and lead our skilled and dedicated staff through each project from start to finish. With your exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers, adjusters, and other participants, you'll ensure that every project is completed to the highest standard and on time. 

As a true problem solver, you'll not only manage existing projects but also be responsible for selling new projects and developing scopes of work needed to restore the property after the loss and organize the job site. With your strong understanding of Xactimate and DASH software, you'll be responsible for managing these programs and ensuring that every project is executed seamlessly.

Responsibilities
  • Delegate and communicate workflow to the foreman, lead technician, and technicians 
  • Problem-solve issues that come up 
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor & track progress 
  • Write your own scopes and manage within schedule/budget 
  • Coordinate internal resources & third parties/partners for the execution of projects 
  • Manage reporting for client’s portfolio 
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks 
  • New acquisition of clients 
  • Attend meetings, conferences & training to maintain proficiency 
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in reconstruction or mitigation restoration
  • 2+ years of experience in project management
  • Must be tech-savvy
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull 30+ lbs
  • Able to solve problems with a sense of urgency
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting when it comes to purchasing
  • Experience working on insurance projects is a plus
  • Communicate well within the team
  • Positivity, Compassion, and Integrity are a must
  • Must have a valid driver's license
Compensation: $600.00 per year
