A leading insurance restoration company, DRYmedic Restoration Services Franchisor Office in Bloomfield Twp, MI, is seeking a Marketing Director to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth across multiple franchise locations. This role is critical in supporting new franchisees with their marketing campaigns and onboarding to ensure a strong local presence.
Position Overview:
The Marketing Director develops and executes strategic marketing plans to drive franchise growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness. This role oversees national marketing initiatives, optimizes digital and traditional marketing strategies, and ensures brand consistency across all locations. The ideal candidate has franchise marketing experience, expertise in digital and traditional marketing, and a data-driven approach to performance analysis and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
- Oversee SEO, PPC, social media, email, and traditional marketing efforts (direct mail, print, sponsorships).
- Analyze market trends, industry shifts, and competitor strategies to refine campaigns.
Franchise Marketing & Brand Management
- Support franchisees with marketing strategies, ensuring brand consistency.
- Develop and distribute marketing assets, toolkits, and best practices.
- Guide franchisees in executing localized marketing campaigns.
Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition
- Implement data-driven strategies to optimize customer acquisition.
- Strengthen partnerships with insurance providers, property managers, and referral sources.
- Align marketing efforts with sales objectives to maximize ROI.
Content & Digital Presence
- Oversee website updates, blogs, video content, and social media engagement.
- Manage reputation across platforms and adjust campaigns for better lead quality.
Marketing Analytics & Budgeting
- Track key marketing KPIs to measure success and optimize strategies.
- Manage the marketing budget to maximize impact and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide performance reports and insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years of marketing experience in the insurance restoration industry.
- Experience in designing, socializing, and executing annual brand marketing plans.
- Strong ability to develop reports and presentations that highlight brand performance, department programs, and key successes.
- Proven experience forecasting, tracking, and maintaining an annual marketing budget.
- Experience managing direct reports and leading a team effectively.
- Franchise system marketing experience preferred.
- Self-motivated, confident, and influential with a strong ability to drive results.
- Strong executive presence and high attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, including the ability to interpret SEO, PPC, remarketing, and display campaign results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000
