Job Summary
DRYmedic® Restoration Services is currently seeking a Reconstruction Technician. This role involves all phases of residential and commercial site rehabilitation.
Responsibilities
- Including but not limited to:
- Report to the Assistant Director of Reconstruction
- Responsible for direct labor on job, including but not limited to insulation, drywall, rough carpentry, finished carpentry, painting, light plumbing and electrical.
- Reports daily progress to Assistant Director of Reconstruction/Superintendent for progress updates.
- Takes production photos of job progress daily; uploads to dash and notes progress in a job note.
Qualifications
- Must have valid Driver's License
- IICRC Certificate is a plus
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to learn
- Basic knowledge of using tools and how to use them
