Mitigation Technician – Join Our Growing Team!
We're looking for a hardworking, dependable Mitigation Technician to join our restoration team! If you take pride in helping people during difficult situations and enjoy hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Respond to water, fire, mold, and other property damage emergencies
- Perform water extraction, demolition, drying setup, and other mitigation services
- Monitor equipment and document job progress
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
- Provide excellent customer service while representing our company
What We're Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Clean driving record
- Must pass a background check
