Requirements:
- IICRC Mold Remediation certification (required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the mold remediation industry
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license
- Must pass a clean background check
- Must reside within 20 miles of Franklin, TN
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Responsibilities:
- Perform mold inspections, containment setup, and remediation services
- Follow IICRC S520 standards and company safety protocols
- Operate remediation equipment (air scrubbers, HEPA vacuums, negative air machines, etc.)
- Communicate clearly with customers and document job progress
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site
