Requirements:

IICRC Mold Remediation certification (required)
Minimum 2 years of experience in the mold remediation industry
Valid, unrestricted driver's license
Must pass a clean background check
Must reside within 20 miles of Franklin, TN
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities:

Perform mold inspections, containment setup, and remediation services
Follow IICRC S520 standards and company safety protocols
Operate remediation equipment (air scrubbers, HEPA vacuums, negative air machines, etc.)
Communicate clearly with customers and document job progress
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site
