Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the Project Manager, leading project teams, and overseeing the restoration production process. Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manger on all job site activities
- Execute job action plan for restoration production
- Able to communicate workflow and scope of work with team members assigned to project
- Work directly and lead team members to Remove/ demolish materials that cannot be restored or repaired at job sites
- Supervise the crew, along with any additional subcontractors or vendors on site
- Utilize truck mounted Extractor efficiently
- Extract standing water if needed
- Set up equipment, move tools, and restock vans nightly. Maintain warehouse organization & cleanliness.
- Maintain job site safety
- Working in confined spaces including heights
- Properly utilize power tools
- Able to correctly identify and place drying equipment
- Utilize Company software to document loss sites alongside project manager
- Take photos at different stages of a project
Qualifications
- Some relevant experience in emergency restoration (preferred)
- Full-time position
- Must have Valid Drivers' License
- Must pass background check
- Must have reliable transportation to Main office
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, and twisting
- Clean shaven face for use of respirator per OSHA regulations
- Working in a team environment
- Working in tight or confined spaces
- On call per rotation schedule (Paid OT, 2x pay for on call/ after-hours work)
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
